Therefore, cooperation is the most crucial element of stability diplomacy. Dialogue, balance, encouragement, and resolution are essential in diplomacy to ensure regional stability and security, focusing on Eurasia to mitigate global issues in the second stage. The study aims to analyze Türkiye's role as a regional power in the context of the Russia-Ukraine war, considering the advantages and disadvantages of its current relationships.
